1. Eligibility

• Request return within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused and in original packaging

• Personalized services (stringing, custom handles, paint jobs) are non-refundable

2. Return Process

• Email contact@tennxpert.com with order details

• Ship item back at your expense to the address provided

3. Refunds

• Processed within 10 days of receiving item

• Paid via bank transfer unless otherwise agreed

4. Exceptions
We may refuse a refund if item is returned used, damaged, or without packaging.
